Dear Parent or Guardian of «GreetingLine»

It has been a great pleasure to have your child in class for these first nine weeks.  I wanted to inform you that your child’s grade so far is «Grade».  I have also noticed that your child Comments».  I would like to meet with you to discuss your child’s progress in more detail.  Please schedule a time to have a conference with me.
